6. Subscription Terms

6.1 Subscription Plans

SimplyStock offers a monthly subscription plan at $5.00 USD per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and will automatically renew unless canceled.

6.2 Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

6.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.

6.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply to subsequent billing cycles.

7. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of SimplyStock and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
